47 U.S.C. sec.

"No provider or user of an

treated as the publisher or speaker of any information provided by
another information content provider. "

McIntyre v. Ohio Elections Commission (1995) 514 U.S. 334. In that case, on page 357, the Supreme Court said:
"[A]n author is generally free to
decide whether or not to disclose his or her true identity. The decision
in favor of anonymity may be motivated by fear of economic or official
retaliation, by concern about social
ostracism, or merely by a desire to preserve as much of one’s privacy as
possible. Whatever the motivation may
be, . . . the interest in having anonymous works enter the marketplace of
ideas unquestionably outweighs any
public interest in requiring disclosure as a condition of entry.
Accordingly, an author’s decision to remain
anonymous, like other decisions concerning omissions or additions to the
content Amendment.

Post at your own risk on the guestbook. Do not use names,
the police are already jumping on people IRL!
To the police, just take into mind, though this site itself may be "immature" ,
I have not said anything that would degrade any police officer out there. I am
not responsible for the posts of anyone on this site. That would be the same as
saying hey, you guys are in charge of the streets, that guy killed someone on
the street while running a red light, you police are responsible because you are
in charge of the streets. Yeah , stupid point but good point.
And to all you people posting in the guestbook calling people "morons" and
talking about "sleeping with your parents", please , just see a shrink, arguing
on the internet is like playing in the special Olympics, you may win ,but you
are still retarded
